A centre built one step, one room, one conversation at a time.

The Charitable Organization “Nobility and Unity Foundation” is establishing the Transfiguration of the Lord Rehabilitation Centre in Vapniarka, Odesa region. The project is intended to provide residential rehabilitation for adults affected by addiction, psychosocial support for families and preventive work in the community.

This site tells the story documented in the supplied project application and photographs. Plans are not presented as completed results.

04Outreach and service

Reach people where they are.

The NAU archive includes photographs of outreach conversations in Odesa, including a group meeting at a venue marked Depaul and a street encounter. These records show the team meeting people in difficult situations and opening a conversation about support.

Addiction can affect health, relationships and a person’s ability to take part in everyday life. The centre’s stated purpose is comprehensive rehabilitation for adults, psychosocial support and guidance for families.
